Wax Paitings
The paintings are formed from childhood memories and past studies into the developmental stages of children’s drawings from the ages of two to five.
Toys
I used a mixture of found photos of toys and abandoned buildings in this work, which explores memories of childhood. Are memories of are Infancy are fragmented and stay imbedded in are minds, but the places they took form can decay over time.
I have made a series of images, which are of toys placed inside discarded buildings, each of the toys symbolize a recollection from childhood. This work is printed on to A3 photographic paper and framed.
