Why wont my artwork upload?

The most likely cause of this is that Compello Art is designed to use JPEG images so please ensure that you're uploading a JPEG image.

How do I add my artwork?

Once you have registered go to the "My Account" section, next you have to go to the "Manage Portfolios" section. In this section you can add, edit and delete portfolios. Once a portfolio has been added you can put your artwork into it, to do this click on "Manage Portfolio Artwork".

Why doesn’t the artwork I added appear in my gallery?

Once you have added your artwork you need to make the artwork live in order for your artwork to appear in your gallery. To make your artwork live you have to go to the portfolio which contains the artwork that you wish to make live, once there click "Make Live" next to the corresponding artwork. The subscription package will determine the amount of artwork you can have live at one time. To take down your artwork click "Take Down" next to the corresponding artwork.

How do I sell my artwork?

To sell your artwork you simply need to provide a price when you’re adding your artwork, this will automatically put your artwork up for sale once you’ve made the artwork live.

What is my favourite artwork?

Favourite artwork is a selection of your artwork which appears not only in your gallery but also in your profile as well. To select your favourite artwork go to the "My Account" section, next you have to go to the "Manage Portfolios" section. At the bottom of this section you have a list of your live artwork to choose for your favourite artwork.

How do i close my compello art account?

In order to close your compello art accoun you will need to call our customer account services team on 01271 344738 and a member of our team will assist you in the process.
